Jurnal
Jurusan Teknologi Hasil Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Pattimura memiliki dua jurnal ilmiah. AGRITEKNO: Jurnal Teknologi Pertanian, sudah terakreditasi SINTA (Peringkat 3) dan Agrosilvopasture-Tech. Peneliti dari Jurusan Teknologi Hasil Pertanian dapat mengirimkan artikel ke kedua Jurnal tersebut ditambah empat jurnal lainnya yang dikelola pada jurusan di bawah Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Pattimura.
AGRITEKNO: Jurnal Teknologi Pertanian (Journal of Agricultural Products Technology) adalah publikasi resmi Perhimpunan Ahli Teknologi Pangan Indonesia (PATPI) cabang Maluku dengan bekerjsama dengan Jurusan Teknologi Hasil Pertanian, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Pattimura. AGRITEKNO dipublikasi dua kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan April dann Oktober. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan reveiw ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan ilmu dan teknologi pangan serta nutrisi. Beberapa tambahan lingkup penulisan juga meliputi berbagai teknologi industri, komunikasi singkat, dan informasi lainnya yang berhubungan dengan ilmu dan teknologi pangan.
AGRITEKNO: Jurnal Teknologi Pertanian telah terakreditasi dengan peringkat SINTA 4 terhitung sejak October 2017, berdasarkan keputusan Direktur Jenderal Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan, Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi, Republik Indonesia, No. : 30/E/KPT/2019. Hasil reakreditasi AGRITEKNO: Jurnal Teknologi pada tahun 2020, menunjukkan kenaikan peringkat menjadi SINTA 3 sejak April 2020, berdasarkan keputusan Surat Keputusan Menteri Riset dan Teknologi/Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional Nomor 200/M/KPT/2020, tanggal 23 Desember 2020.. Jurnal ini juga sudah terindeks pada indeks internasional bereputasi sedang.
Jurnal Agrosilvopasture-Tech (JASPT) published two times a year in June and December by Agriculture Faculty, Pattimura University. Articles loaded covering research results and analysis policy that is applicative includes agricultural in the broadest sense: agronomy, the science of soils, pest and disease, the zoological, medicine veterinary, agricultural engineering, industrial technology, technology food, food science, the science of nutrition, family, and consumers, biometry, biology, climatology, livestock, health care, and the environment, forestry, and socioeconomic agricultural are being considered and was approved by the council editor.
Jurnal Agrosilvopasture-Tech is a peer-reviewed journal publishing articles to develop a coherent and respected network. It is important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behaviour for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, the publisher, and the society.
Agriculture Faculty, Pattimura University publisher of Jurnal Agrosilvopasture-Tech takes its duties of guardianship at all stages of the publishing process and we recognize our ethical and other responsibilities.
